If there's a company, especially an employee that deserves a 5 star rating, it's Leisure Line and Matt. Matt helped walk me through every step of the process of learning to troubleshoot the problem with my furnace, AND was extremely pleasant the whole time. He was so descriptive, helpful, and reliable. He genuinely seemed happy to help. Also, when I needed a new feeder motor, they shipped it and it arrived very quickly. I wish all customer service was like this, because the world would be such a better place.

Matt is amazing, and I highly recommend leisure line company! He went above and beyond for us to fix a part we thought was broken for our family. He got our unit fixed when we thought there was no hope, and now we are finally warm after freezing for days because Alaska stove company refuses to help there customers.
