***Edit*** We were told that the warranty didn't apply because of negligence on our part. They told us that we should have caught the rust earlier. I asked what would have happened if it was a quarter instead of the softball size that we found. Again, no answers. Just voided the warranty. If the liner had ruptured, my young grandson could have been horribly injured. We did absolutely nothing wrong, but believe that this pool had a 20 warranty. They offered us nothing. Upsold every visit with stuff the pool doesn’t need. I’ve been coming to the store for almost a decade with the same pool set up. Everything was going great. The store hired additional staff and now I’m spending hundreds of dollars more annually getting told to purchase stuff I’ve never bought before. It’s not the store that it used to be and I don’t trust the staff to have my best interest in mind when helping me with my water chemistry.
