Everything went great until our pool rusted out after 5 years. They said it was our fault and the 20 year warranty didn't apply. They could never tell us how it was our fault though. I guess we're supposed to keep the pool dry? $6000 for 5 years of swimming? Not ok. The people who make the pool did offer us a new pool wall which would have ended up costing over $3000 with new liner and installation. We decided to get a $600 pool from Sam's club and it's great! Upsold every visit with stuff the pool doesn’t need. I’ve been coming to the store for almost a decade with the same pool set up. Everything was going great. The store hired additional staff and now I’m spending hundreds of dollars more annually getting told to purchase stuff I’ve never bought before. It’s not the store that it used to be and I don’t trust the staff to have my best interest in mind when helping me with my water chemistry.

Everything from quote to install went really well. I love my pool which I had installed at the end of summer 2024. I'm looking forward to enjoying for years to come!
