It's a nice little community with friendly neighbors, but an arrogant Board that does little to improve the community. The Dues and road assessments are low but show in the lack of improvements. There are no amenities, other than a scarcely used ballfield and a pond, that is mainly drainage from the roadway and development. A clubhouse and Lake, located within the community, are privately owned. A small restaurant occupies the old clubhouse, and the use of the lake may require a fee. Can you please take care of sanctuary road so my dad can get out of his house? This is ridiculous. The road isn’t even touched I thought that was the benefit of living in a community is that you take care of the roads?????

EMPLOYEES OF THE VOLUNTEERS ARE VERY, INSOLENT.
I am currently stuck in Leisure Lands as the roads are covered under 2 inches of solid ice. They do not maintain the roads in the winter. There is no one to call for help. I don’t think an ambulance could get to me if I need it. The only way to get in contact with anyone is to leave a voice message, and none of the options are for help.
It's a nice place to live !! Not for city folk, very quite and peaceful..
