Beautifully maintained and excellent location!
Great location however, the place is not managed well. I’ve had to deal with roaches and rats. Rats inside my unit. HOA puts Band-Aids on everything. Do not buy do not rent here.

Nice area for living, near to the Lauderdale by the beach enjoy the place full of restaurants, near to all south Florida amenities, very central and full of furniture stores, car dealers, everything you can imagine, nice people around, yes a good area.
