We were looking for a place that felt like a real home for my mom — not just a facility that checks boxes. I was so disappointed with the care this home provided for my family member. Noisy, staff yelling to and at each other all of the time. Only provided one sheet on the bed that was laid over thick plastic mattress cover. The sheet wasn't fitted so it constantly bunched on the mattress and the resident would "stick" to the bed. No top sheet or blanket, just a thin Walmart throw. Food was terrible (cold spaghetti with chopped up hot dog, for instance). My loved lost almost 10lbs over 3 weeks.
