We thought an Eriba might suit us so we took a 2 hour journey and met Hayden there. We looked in lots of sizes and layouts and decided on a 420. Hayden was great and explained lots and showed us the differences between models. We left with our eye on one. We communicated with Hayden on phone a lot and made the decision to go ahead. Bought some spares, turned up in good time but also requested some information & advice by email. No response at all not even to advise me that they were unable to help me despite several reminders, obviously couldn’t be bothered so I phoned and whoever I spoke to just about managed to not be rude. Not helpful or interested at all, shame.
Very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions! We were in 2 minds but after meeting Cameron, we knew it was the right thing to do!
