I was Having som issue with my Newly purchased boat at the beginning of the season. I took it in to them they diagnosed it on the spot and gave me a quote. They stuck to their quotes and got me on the water in a very timely manner. Im happy with these guys I’ll recommend anyone to them and go back there for any work needed.
After 2.5 years and $14,000 our Boat is still broken! Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I dropped the boat off in need of engine repair. The body and interior were in mint condition. After 2.5 years of hounding Trevor to repair our boat and spending $14,000 on parts, I finally picked the boat up to get fixed elsewhere. The engine is in pieces and it was stored without its tarp and is covered in mud. The seats and carpets are stained and Trevor was rude throughout the whole experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Very unimpressed, asked Trevor if he had time and was capable of repairing. Boat was dropped off with an engine miss. They repaired/replaced a switch box. It’s outboard jet leg, and I knew the pump would need a rebuild prior to sending it in. boat was in the shop for 2 months, they said the motor had been repaired and they needed to rebuild the pump. got the run around on what was going on, Trevor had said parts where on order for the pump and the shaft needed work. Great service
Damaged my lower leg & prop due to deadwood in the water. Took it in & had it repaired with a replacement leg after checking the top drive. Only down for two weeks & one week was due to a courier loosing my parts. Price was bang on, Service was great. I would recommend them to anyone.
