Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to purchase. We have been back twice to take measurements of our new to us home away from home. Great experience!!! EDIT: After receiving possession of our trailer, we noticed within 4 hours the fridge wasn’t working. Our experience with this RV company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. After taking the time to clearly communicate our wants, needs, and specific things we did not want (such as slide-outs due to concerns about leaking), we were still shown units with slide-outs. When we expressed our hesitation, we were assured that there are "no issues as long as they’re properly maintained."
