Our experience with this RV company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. After taking the time to clearly communicate our wants, needs, and specific things we did not want (such as slide-outs due to concerns about leaking), we were still shown units with slide-outs. This place is amazing. Going to be an ongoing customer. Was looked after perfectly in the maintenance department, friendly faces nice people.
We recently took our Rockwood trailer to be readied for summer use to Smiths Falls Leisure Days. They had come highly recommended. The trailer is new and we had several questions and concerns about warranty items as well as de-winterizing. It is easy to say a Service Team is friendly but all members of this team we were involved with, Morgan, Chris, Shaun and led by Candice went well above and beyond.
