We received excellent service both times; in particular, clear and concise instructions on the trailers, honest representation and very friendly and professional interactions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to purchase. We have been back twice to take measurements of our new to us home away from home. Great experience!!! EDIT: After receiving possession of our trailer, we noticed within 4 hours the fridge wasn’t working. After a lot of back and forth, with the manager, we got minimal compensation for the fridge that we had to buy (we didn’t go with a propane one).
