We will not be returning to Leisure Days. We purchased a new trailer from them a few years ago and the experience was as good as we expected given the poor reputation of RV dealerships in general. They failed to advise us that our towing vehicle would be too low for the trailer we bought, sending us on a wild goose chase to trade in our van for an SUV, but other than that, it was okay. Do not buy anything from this dealership. I have spent over two years trying to get compensation for an RV that was delivered to me with no AC unit, dead batteries, a busted roof (thar was supposedly fixed professionally) and now a rotten floor becsuse of it. I have all the pictures to prove it as well as emails and recorded phone calls with the manager who refused to help in anyway possible. The septic tank was even full when it arrived!
