I have purchased from this company and found out good quality and service.
I've purchased several sweater kits, knit and crochet ones for infants. Love them. The circular jacket for toddlers is great also. If mistakes are found in patterns they send corrections immediately at no additional cost. Great support for projects.
I purchased the set of 36 gel pens and started a project as soon as I returned home. Six of the pens are completely dry and useless. Yes, I could take them back to WalMart and exchange them but I figure I'd probably get more of the same. If it were just one pen that was dry, I might understand, but six screams "poor quality".
