ordered over a month ago and still havent shipped.. still says processing. I emailed 2 weeks after I ordered and got a response saying it was shipping that same week... still nothing still no change in order status!!
Ordered e-pattern for download today. Received receipt and email instructions of where to find the pattern on my account but it's not there. Quite frustrating. Sent email to Customer Service but who knows when/if someone will respond. First time ordering from Leisure Arts but likely the last...which is too bad because their website has many older, beautiful patterns.
RecommendedLeisure Arts books are fabulous and can be purchased as digital downloads. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. They have a variety of crafts to fit anybody's desires. You can't go wrong choosing Leisure Arts.
