I rented a town home from Leisure American Realty and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The townhome was in Sail Harbour. It was not cleaned when I moved in and it had fleas. I was told it would be fully cleaned before move in. The water pipes slowly leaked over time causing mold to form. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they sent over a person to spray bleach water on the walls. This didn't help at all.
