HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! Filed a lawsuit against me containing ALL LIES. Took my home from me and left me broken financially. KARMA WILL FIND THE MANAGEMENT! DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BR HARRASSED DAY AND NIGHT!!!
Walked over there. The office wasn't open being a weekend and the mobile i came to look at wasn't on realtor anymore. It's Florida so if you aren't familiar with Florida it's a lot of highway with no sidewalks. It's an affordable mobile home park for 55+. You don't really hear the traffic really. There are no buses in Sebring just as an FYI.
Quiet place and clean. Lot rent is expensive tho. Just visiting friends.
Nice 55+ community...Sebring quality living..owner of "Carl's Professional Carpet Cleaning"
