Be careful going to this shop. They will work with you when it comes to paying for the work done. They maybe the worst at communicating had my car for almost a year just to get the car back and ended up on the side of the road. Went back to the shop to let them know the situation and where my car stop is at. They never got my car it took them 4 days to attempt to retrieve it, only to have it at another tow spot adding up charges. I’ve completely lost my car due to their negligence. Scammers, I paid full to get my bumper fixed and here we are a 8-10 months later with a bumper thats not fixed. I contacted jojo, krista and every other person at the shop and no response nor answer. They promised to pay back a partial amount of the money for the inconvenience and they never paid anything or refunded me a single cent. I also drive a Mercedes c63 and when i went to install down pipes, they have mysteriously “lost my catalytic converters” and never refunded me for it.
