Staff were awesome.
Everyone at this shop is amazing. They are kind, quick and sufficient. They actually fixed the problem unlike most places that say they fixed it and you leave out with your car the same or worse. Money well spent, you have a forever customer!!! Oh and the prices are great NO price gouging
I was looking for a repair shop around stow, since moving here. I went over to NTB to get tires and they told me the tie rods needed replaced for 550 with alignment. A few weeks later the wheel started to shake pretty bad around 70MPH. I went over to Leipold thinking, i needed tie rods. But after they overlooked the front end. They found my front strut leaking and a control arm was causing the wobble. (jeep is over 115K, so I was knew this was coming soon). I was recommended Leipold tire of stow, and i could not recommend this place enough!!!! They are time savers, money savers, and sanity savers!!!! I got a quote from a different place for 1400 dollars, and my quote here was 600! They do what is best for your safety and the outcome for your car!!! Mike is amazing, as well as everyone at the front. I will be here again, and will recommend to everyone!!! It’s refreshing to have honesty when it comes to cars.
