The person I spoke with last week was very nice and gave me his recommendation on what tire to get. I think he was the owner. Great first impression as I’ve never went here before. He was not there yesterday at my appt and I felt like the people who were there yesterday morning did not have the best customer service. Not friendly. Did not smile. Same towards other customers who came in. My car was done in 45 min but then another 15 it sat there until they wrote up the invoice so I could pay. Didn’t tell me my tire pressure w... read more
