My wife and I are moving back to the area and I was injured during my service…my wife is getting our place ready for handicap accessible. I’m 7 hours away and so is her doctor. Dr Leopold was her doctor before we moved away to help my family and she would like Dr. Leopold again. Anyway, she’s having some side effects from some medication. Dr. Leopold told Chris. Dr. Leipold is kind and warm, and to the point.
Great doctor however it is near impossible to get ahold of them through the phone. When you call the Palos office it gives a message and then the hours. Same with the Orland location however, the message on the Palos office says hours are 4pm-8pm on Thursday. When you call the Orland office it says it says 4pm-7pm. No way to leave a message either.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Leipold yesterday and I was beyond impressed with my visit. There was however some miscommunication about my appointment time but they quickly resolved it to ensure I was able to be taken care of yesterday. I’ve been to many doctors prior to finding Dr. Leipold and none of them were as understanding and helpful as her! She did her best to ensure my comfort throughout the appointment and answered each question with an extreme amount of detail!
Doesn’t trust any other doctor. She is truly the best. Very professional and caring.
