The entire staff has been very friendly, professional, and most importantly, patient. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment or getting questions answered. They do a fantastic job reassuring my child and making the casting process as pleasant as possible. I first saw Bill at Leimkuehler several years ago when I needed a CROW boot. He was pleasant and professional. Whenever I needed an adjustment I got an appointment right away. This time around, it was Chris. I had a prescription for a new brace, which my insurance wouldn't cover, since they are only covered every three years.
