I had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and encouraging. Sarah helped me and my parents find my dress. She helped make the dress shopping experience fun and less stressful.
They pressure you SO MUCH to buy don't fall for it. Don't pay a deposit unless you are sure of your choice. They will tell you that the dress might sell etc etc don't listen to them just stick to your instincts they're just trying to sell.
I am leaving a review for Leila Haute Couture, and I cannot stress enough how furious and disappointed I am with this experience. When I ordered my wedding dress, I was explicitly told it came with sleeves, yet when it arrived, not only were the sleeves missing, but the dress itself was far too big and completely ill-fitting.
