Dr. Leila Fazeli is an outstanding pediatrician. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. We are extremely happy with the care she provides, and we truly appreciate her experience and professionalism. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s behavior has repeatedly been disappointing. Very judgmental and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy, I felt criticized and disrespected. As a family member supporting a patient, I expected professionalism and compassion, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Because of this experience, I have decided to pursue a formal complaint through the appropriate professional channels.
We had a good experience with the paediatrician. She was patient, professional, and took the time to answer our questions.
I was very disappointed with my experience when trying to book an appointment for my infant at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily intrusive throughout the interaction. Instead of helping a parent seeking medical care for a young baby, I felt like I was being questioned, challenged, and discouraged at every step.
