Honestly, the secretary’s behavior was completely inappropriate. I had made an appointment with the doctor for my son, but unfortunately I couldn’t go because of an incorrect date. When I spoke to the secretary, she behaved so rudely that I contacted a relative of the doctor and asked him to change my son’s pediatrician.
Dr. Fazeli is knowledgeable and kind. She is great with kids and very patient with parents.
دکتر فاضلی بسیار صبورانه هم گوش میدهند هم توضیح میدهند، رفتار مهربانانه ای هم با بچه دارند….بچه من مشکل خاصی نداشته و فقط برای چکاپ میرفتیم پیش ایشان، ولی بنظرم بسیار حرفه ای هم عمل میکنن. متشکرم
