My experience at this clinic was concerning. The receptionist’s behavior was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of understanding of how to interact with patients!! Specially when dealing with a sick child!!!! I was left waiting a long time without proper communication, and my concerns were completely ignored. This kind of failure is unacceptable in a medical setting, and I hope the clinic management takes serious steps to improve.!
My family physician referred me to this psychiatrist, but unfortunately, not only did she fail to help me, she also treated me with extremely disrespectful language. I truly believe that she herself needs therapy, as her behavior and tone were so damaging. I urge you to reconsider and avoid seeing this doctor, as my experience led to a very serious worsening of my condition.
Honestly, the secretary’s behavior was completely inappropriate. I had made an appointment with the doctor for my son, but unfortunately I couldn’t go because of an incorrect date. When I spoke to the secretary, she behaved so rudely that I contacted a relative of the doctor and asked him to change my son’s pediatrician.
Dr. Fazeli is knowledgeable and kind. She is great with kids and very patient with parents.
