I'm very upset at my experience with Dr. El-Kweifi today. Overall, she did not adhere to communication practices for patient care at Kelsey-Seybold in Fort Bend. I have been coming to Kelsey Seybold for 5 years and have never had this neglect of care. My appointment was at 1:45 and they always ask patients to arrive at 1:30. However, due to work, health, and traffic, I was running 10 mins past 1:45. I called to inform them at 1:40. Very attentive and educational provider. If you want to know what you can do to improve your health, and not just pop pills. ⚠️ A word of caution though…she is in high demand so start planning early!

I usually have had male doctors but there was something about Dr. Leila El-Kweifi's picture that spoke to me.
