We randomly happened upon one of Leighton's open houses one Sunday afternoon and we are so happy that we met him. A quality that we appreciated was Leighton's honesty and transparency. Even though it was his open house, he told my husband and I that the house wasn't a good fit for us and proceeded to educate us on the various neighborhoods in Riverside (given we were new to the area and Inland Empire).
