Based on friends recommendation, she has used them twice in about 7 years for major outside porch repairs. She has been happy with results. Pluses quality work returns calls shows for appointments realistic timelines and deadlines. Doesn't promise what he can't realistically deliver. Cons I can't really even call it that. He won't be the lowest bid. The work like all contractors in the area is not cheap. He is however definitely you get a good result.
