Honestly never spoken to someone so unprofessional, I called regarding an appointment and it took 20 mins for the phone to stop ringing through and cutting off. The at 9:20 someone answers all flustered like I just woke them up, then said to give them a minute why they just logged in. After I waited, they was really unhelpful and offered me no advice or help. I'm pretty certain someone was late and then couldn't be bothered to help me. Wish I could give no stars on this review.
