So very grateful for the excellent & timely service provided by Chase at Leigh’s today. My HVAC had unexpectedly shut itself off due to an unforeseen issue. From the time that I contacted them, Chase had arrived within an hour and had it repaired all within the span of two hours. So thankful, as we are dealing with extremely high temperatures this summer. Every time I have needed service from Leigh’s, they have responded quickly.
Chase was very good at his job. Happy to have him back for maintenance.
Discovered Leigh’s within the last year after a friend recommended and couldn’t be happier with all the service/responsiveness/prices I’ve gotten so far. From annual maintenance, troubleshooting, air scrubber installation with Chase (who has gone above and beyond), to Nick/Joey/RC for 2 new system installs, I can speak from experience that Leigh’s should help end your search for a reliable / honest company.
The actual worst. Every time we use them our units end up in worse condition. One time they came out to service a problem… told us there was nothing wrong with the unit but the problem persisted. It was because they didn’t even check the second unit, which was the one actually broken. So we got to pay for a second house call. They always forget to bring filters to our scheduled annual cleanings where they know they are not standard sized bc Leighs installed our hvac with us as a new build.
