They act professional, charge for professional work. But being professional is a tough nut for them to crack. Poor communication with customers and lack of attention to details: They failed to submit my tax forms electronically to the IRS last year.

Unfortunately my experience has been the same over the last 6 weeks. Ron was so on the ball up until recently. Now I can't get ahold of him or anybody after repeated attempts calling and emailing. This business just disappeared overnight without a warning. Apparently nothing has been completed for TY22. I'm scrambling to find an accounting firm that can help me. If anybody out there has a recommendation for a dependable firm let me know please.

We did not get any W2s, 1099s or payroll info to complete our taxes. No phone calls, no emails ZERO response. I've had other businesses asking for help. Fortunately my bookkeeper was able to help 4 other companies that also were left high & dry by Pillar. We will definitely be reporting this incompetent accountant to the board & IRS.
