I’ve been going to her for over 3 years. She pretends like she listens just to get you in & out. She never calls and her team is very unprofessional & rude. She takes over a week to respond to any messages via MyChart, doesn’t want to help with sending any necessary medications & she doesn’t care about what the patient needs. I’ve referred her to so many coworkers & family before she started going downhill and they have all left to another practice. Appointments are 7 months away. A doctor like this can't possibly have a relationship with her patients let alone remember their names or who they are. I switched to a wonderful provider who is available and knows my name.
Dr. Ball sets the standard by which all internal medicine physicians should ascribe. She should teach other doctors how to be great internists. She has been my internist for 4 years. She is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, responsive and thoughtful. Got to her office at 10:14a to check in, front desk receptionist was talking too much to someone ahead of me and I got to the desk and 10:15a. I was turned away by the doctor and the receptionist because it was not before 10:15a. Even though I called and let them know that I had trouble finding parking. I told the receptionist that I needed to get my iron labs because I'm chronically anemic and was having issues breathing.
