We ordered our wetroom equipment from LPM and with a lady called Tiaba. Tiaba was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole experience so easy. Upon arriving home my wife and I realised we had made a couple of mistakes with the size of some of the equipment we had ordered. We contacted Tiaba who responded very quickly and she changed our order with no hassle. Excellent service on both occasions. Great quality products. Had to change plans for the bathroom in loft conversion and nothing was too much trouble for Tiaba. She always goes above and beyond.
Tiaba was fantastic. She took the time to listen to us, helped us with some great suggestions we hadn’t thought of and overall provided a brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble, kept us updated and a pleasure to deal with.

From the first moment we met Tiaba she put us at ease and helped tremendously to guide us through the process of updating the ensuite. Her meticulous attention to detail and suggestions she came up with helped to create the best use of space in what was a small ensuite. Her idea of a feature wall worked perfectly. She was patient and answered all our questions. Being able to have a 4D image of the ensuite was amazing. Would highly recommend Tiaba and LPM. Absolutely love the ensuite!!
