Not a good place to be, blood on my floor was my own,no ine cleaned it for 3 days,waited 50 min sometimes longer just to go pee,no one is willing to walk the hall with you cause they are all to tired,had a nurse ask me if I had a uti,because I called her 3 times to.go pee,mind you I was hooked up to i.v fluids all day, just got out of surgery,very unprofessional, and so much more shit.
My mom went there on Thursday with massive amounts of pain. They sent her home and told her it was her medication. Two days later we take her to sacred heart and they find a huge kidney stone. Idk what they are doing at this hospital but it is scary that they are that negligent. Hopefully no one else experiences this. Go to sacred heart or another hospital. You and your families health is not a joke.
Whatever you do don't come here for labor and delivery. If you're not looking and feeling your best after pushing a human out of you then you might get your child kidnapped, like mine was, while they look for a reason to report you to CPS. Because myself and my wife were frazzled and argued they brought CPS in and took our healthy baby to the NICU saying that she was having withdrawals ( baby tested negative for ALL illicit substances). I am giving 5 stars because I had a surgery done there. From checking in to going home everyone was sweet. Jeffrey the RN is a compassionate RN. Dr. Hubbell, anesthesiologist, and the entire staff was excellent. I saw how they all work in a team. Multicare make sure your staff get enough time to eat because if your staff gets adequate nutrition and rest they will keep up this excellent care. Thank you! All
I had a horrible experience in the emergency room. The doctor and some of the staff treated me as if I was faking or a drug addict. If she looked at my chart, she would have seen that I have no history of drug abuse or drama. I immediately left there and went to Sacred Heart where they actually treated me like a patient and did the test and procedures, they needed to find out what was going on. Thankfully it was not a stroke, but after visiting my primary care doctor and he made the necessary appointments to get other areas ... read more
