Booked an appointment online for a service. Showed up and was informed such services was unavailable due to their lab not being set up. The online system ask “reason for visit” I clearly stated on that box I was coming for a drug screen for a future employer. I've never had a provider who truly listened to my concerns and tried to address them. My initial visit was scheduled for a short amount of time, and Leigh stayed on to address everything for almost an hour. All of my communication and follow up visits have been the best care I've received from a provider. The best part I don't have to leave my house for my visits.
NP Leigh Dobbs is what you want, when looking for a pcp, she is exactly what you would want. Not only does she listen and care about what you're going through, she's a problem solver and she'll help you get what you need. I cannot recommend her enough! I feel safe and heard with Leigh Dobbs as my NP :)
I am in Boston temporarily for work and needed my medication. Leigh was so receptive and accommodating. She knew just what to do and went out of her way to help. She is awesome! I would recommend her to anyone in the Boston area.
Leigh has been an incredible PCP, and Carbon has made it really accessible for me to manage my health and coordinate care. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a provider who is a good listener and cares about a person’s complete health/likes getting a look at the whole picture, and the Carbon app adds ease of use which is really great.
