Very personable. Great staff.
Unacceptable responsiveness. I have had to call this office 6 times and have received no assistance from them. I have been trying to get my policy brought over for a couple of months now. When I call, the person I spoke to is no longer at this office & they don’t have my policy organized. I have called them six times in the past three weeks to get this settled only to find they have not finished it and have completed the policy for the wrong automobile. Excellent people in the office. They are helpful, friendly, and professional. My claims were handled quickly and fairly. Sometimes I pay my bill in person just because the people in the office are so nice and I always leave smiling!!
Been with this agency for many years for auto insurance. Also did an auto loan. Very knowledgeable with great customer service.
