Leigh Ann is such an incredible psychologist and a genuinely kind person. I worked with her for five years, and she truly changed my life. I had seen other therapists before, but it wasn’t until I started working with her that I was able to do the deeper work that led to real growth. She always made me feel safe, supported, and never judged. I can’t recommend her enough!
If she is anything like how she was at Towson University as a therapist at the counseling center for the 2017-2018 school year, RUN. She is degrading and will tell you that you are ignorant for being a homesick 18 year old. My advice is to find a new therapist. She is biased in her own way of thinking and will make it her mission to break you down. Why? All I know is that ppl are vulnerable when they enter therapy, and hurt/broken people hurt/try to break other people.
