Great service dept. Lillie was a really knowledgeable writer who made sure our RV was fixed correctly. If you have one of the big Ford V-10 or V8 engines in an RV..... this is the best repair facility in Central Texas.
Griffin in parts was excellent. Called em up, paid over the phone, and my part was in stock and ready to go immediately. I didn't catch the other guy's name but he helped me while Griffin was on the phone, and he was very friendly too. Parts is kinda tucked away near service, but attached to the main building. Plenty of parking.
