Griffin was incredibly helpful. Needed a brake light bulb replacement for my F150, which no other auto part supplier had, and Griffin came out to the pickup, verified VIN, part number, and store stock very quickly. Super friendly and a great example of going the extra mile and stellar customer service.
Mr. Matthew Seals what can I say about this man. His patience, kindness and loyalty. This man truly deserves a management position. He took such good care of my vehicle. Even when he had to break the bad news about parts he did it in a way that seemed not so bad. Ford had my car for 3 months. Was I disappointed sure. I had to embrace it. Great service dept. Lillie was a really knowledgeable writer who made sure our RV was fixed correctly. If you have one of the big Ford V-10 or V8 engines in an RV..... this is the best repair facility in Central Texas.
