LILY IN SERVICE DID A GREAT JOB. DID WELL ON THINGS SHE WAS Familiar WITH. ON THE THINGS THAT SHE WASN'T SHE TOOK THE TIME TO SAY I DON'T KNOW. BUT SHE DON'T STOP THERE. SHE WAS WILLING TO LEARN. VERY REFRESHING. THE PROBLEM WASN'T EASILY DIAGNOSED. SO SHE GOT THE SHOP FORMAN TO RIDE WITH ME AND WHEN I PIONT OUT THE PROBLEM HE KNEW WHAT THE CAUSE WAS. SO ALL IN ALL A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AS MUCH AS IT CAN BE WHEN YOUR CAR IS IN THE SHOP.
Nowadays it’s rare to have a positive service experience but LJ Ford knocked it out of the park. Will absolutely be back when the need arises!!!

After posting this review the general manager from Truck City contacted me, apologized and noted that they were having some issues with an overly aggressive email filter implemented by their IT department and my emails were never received. He showed me internal documentation that seemed to confirm this. He says they are working to correct this as a high priority. This is one of several central Texas dealers I contacted to get a quote on a Ford Maverick factory order. They gave me the email of two different salespersons to email. I emailed them both over the period of a week. The first one gave me his email and told me to send the specs and he'd quote. Waited 3 or 4 days -- nothing. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a review, tired of calling up there to have someone say they will contact me back without doing so. I hate being a keyboard cowboy, but in this era this is what gets through. CSI and SSI are what matters and I've waited long enough to fill out their survey. Can easily drag this review out or simply mail out a second key that you already have and promised to mail out repeatedly. Embarrassing for a franchise store this large to play bs games like this.
