I had a minor car accident in November and needed to get my car repaired . since I purchased it at Leif in Buda. I decided to take it to Leif Johnson collision center. It had been an extremely stressful month for me, but Jennifer in the service department was a complete angel. I can’t say enough about this place Angie is so awesome and KC was so helpful even the receptionist bless heart helped me with medicine when I was dog sick this place will take care of your vehicle and get you back on the road safely I can’t say enough so I’ll end it with this! Took my Ford Bronco in for 2 different incidents - hail damage plus an accident. KC Wilson was amazing to work with from start to finish. He is patient and had great communication keeping me up to date throughout the process. He made the rental car process as seamless as possible as well. The team did excellent work and my Bronco came back looking better as ever. Wait times were minimal and everyone is friendly. I will be sure to come back to this shop if I ever need more work done. Thank you again KC for the 5 star service!
Just had our Volvo damage repaired. The price was better than other estimates I received, which was important because this was not an insurance claim. Our service rep, KC, was easy to work with and our car was ready when promised. The repaired bumper looked as good as new. This was the 3rd time I've used this location and have been happy all 3 times.
They did a great job on repairing my daughter car, but while they had her car somehow her windshield was damaged. Now were going to have to deal with that issue. So Im hoping this issue will be resolved quickly.
