For a major transport line I'm shocked and disappointed at how the switchboard operator working the morning of 6/26/19 conducted herself. Very rude and hung up in my face. Vendor or not I deserved common decency as a member of the public. I do not recommend using RGL as they seem to fail at staffing professionals who are capable of basic public interaction. What's lost is that idea that the vendor you hang up on could possibly be a future customer you've lost.....You never know how your business can be affected by one rude e... read more
