Dr Butt and Dr Jones are great caring Doctors. Reception staff are pretty good to deal with, always listen if you have an issue & squeeze my family in when it’s an emergency.

My family have been coming here for 30+ years and not an issue until the last year. The way the new receptionist treat you over the phone to simply make a booking is dreadful. Very rude, never thought majority of our family would look for another doctor due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism from the lady behind the counter.

Great GP,best beside manner I have every come across.GPs take the time to really explain what is happening to you and the plan for your improved health. They really understand the word privacy and make sure that clients information is respected.

Why on earth, in this day and age, do you not have any form of communication beyond a land line and a physical address to send snail mail? I would like to provide some information about my mother, but seems without a quill, an ink well and a week for mail to arrive, my only option is to call and speak with reception staff who will undoubtedly have no free time to scribe .
