Whoever replied to my enquiry was rude and unprofessional. I needed some emergency work done and the owner said to me: “go to the other mechanic who has been getting your business.” - i must apologise that i do not regularly bring my car in as i do not regularly have issues with it. They would not even entertain the possibility of a booking within the next 4-6 weeks. I was told that their priority was not to help me as i am not one of their regular customers. What a joke. Helped me out with a broken indicator 10 minutes before the shop shut. Both workers kindly fixed my problem and refused payment as they had not needed to replace anything. Very generous and kind staff.
I will never get a service from here again. Really upset about their service, communication, even high price for general service. My trunk door was broken after the service and they respond as not their fault. Had to come again and really disappointed with car service which I never experienced.
HIGH PRESURE FOR REVIEWS AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. For a while i had been using these clowns and even refered people there like my sister. Unfortunately these guys are scammers Charges her $800 for a service Checked over receipt charged dpuble for fluids Didnt put the guard plate under the car correctly amd fell off while driving.
