Thank you very very much for taking care of my daughter… i was registered in greenview surgery gp , they don’t have online booking appointments and i had to wait 58 minutes nearly one hour for the call to get answer only for 40 seconds talk time which is so frustrating.. After we moved to nn1 then i had registered with Leicester terrace gp.. the good thing about here is whenever i fill the form online for my daughter in day time and i got call back from them many times and got appointment within an hour… Thank you so much Yo... read more
Awful service - rude receptionists that give conflicting information. They blame me by saying don't do do this, next time do this.... Al I have done was followed their advice. I am so appauled now.
The receptionists are superb, so helpful and aware of your needs, not just when signing in but also while you are waiting. I screamed with leg pain and the receptionist Immediately asked the do tor to come down and see me in the ground floor doctors room. Very impressed with interactions with them on phone and in person. Doctor running late but in my opinion a sign that he/she listened to patients. Took time to listen to me.
Receptionists are completely and consistently unhelpful. Trying to get an emergency prescription put through and 2 days of chasing it and the receptionist blankly said “you have to call back and press option 3” after spending in total 3:45 mins on hold over the two days. Absolutely unhelpful and quite frankly rude.
Jeez the receptionist this morning don't know what her issue was but dam she was so rude completely unnecessary to have this kind of attuide when dealing with patients I get it you don't like you job but come on wind the attuide and nastiness in
