How can they give somebody 15 minutes waiting time on the phone before cutting you off. The automated caller takes 2/3 munytes out the time giving u options to press. I have Been number 1 in the queue for 10 minutes and still was cut off with no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Long wait times, annoying how I get cut off after 15 mins of waiting and I'm caller 1, how annoying is this. Total frustration.
I visited here with a friend as she was in need of help and advice however the lady at reception, who could very clearly see the distress and worry of my friend, denied us even a 2 minute conversation with somebody. Baring in mind these clinics are meant to make people feel safe, it did not at all. If you are seeking advice or any help at all, skip this clinic. I worry for women in desperate need as this place cannot provide.
The most rude person's what i have meet, on the phone was told to come on the clinic urgently and there we get refused by the receptionist to been seen she told we need to wait 4-5 hours, on the phone was aware we have have kids and we need to pick up from school and was told us to coming at the specific time and we will not need to wait and everything will be done before to lick up the kids from school.
Such awful phone service, wait 40 mins to get through and then lady on reception so rude, says book online, explained the online login works, but clunky website so can't book appointment, won't help over the phone, been trying to get appointment for 2 months, website is rubbish, doesn't let you log in register for new account, doesn't send you the verification email. NHS fix up
