I went here back when I was 12 for getting hit by a car it took me 2 hours to get seen by a nurse and all they did was just look at me and say "he's fine if anything pops up just come back and we will check him again" what, no xray if i broke my bone or anything the audacity!
Clean waiting room, seen by everyone in 5 mins and all staff were lovely
Had a really positive experience here. We went in with 5 day old premature twins. We were prioritised due to their vulnerability and seen immediately by triage then straight in to the doctor. The doctors and staff were thorough and really supportive and also provided a safe space to feed and change the babies.
Attended with my 16 yr old son on a Friday evening. Triage within ten mins, quick urine test. Children’s A&E staff were very pleasant, the department seemed to be well organised. Potential spinal injury assessment was thorough. Good service, thank you.
my daughter was hit by a disc in the ribs. she had difficulty breathing and terrible pain. zero interest from the nurses. long waiting time for a nurse who does the assessment was one. AE children emergency is some kind of a mess, more of a circus
