Always a hit and miss hospital
Staff and service 5 star. But pay and display carpark needs bringing it 21st, century first visit no card payment and no cash, never use cash now, had to risk fine or miss appointment slot, so risk a fine. Absolutely ridiculous
The staff were lovely, very calm and reassuring as well as efficient. Parking was easy but it would be good if you could pay with a card or app.
I couldn't praise staff on ward 18 enough. Thank you. Very kind, caring and thoughtful. My surgery with Mr Ullah was great. I stayed awake and they kept me informed and were very caring and considerate.
