I sent my camera SL 2 S to your facility over one month ago. The camera was sent for service after the release tab for opening the battery compartment detached and was lost. During this entire period, I was repeatedly informed that the repair would be completed within 4 to 5 weeks! After a full month of waiting I am being informed that a required part is not available. I had to get my Leica SL2 fixed because of a stuck shutter. Leica was excellent about giving a loaner camera and promptly notified me once my camera was repaired. Thank you Leica for always delivering excellent customer service.

I sent in my camera to be repaired under warranty, waited about a month, and I received it with more problems than I sent it in for. I have no idea how they will properly help me as I need this camera for special upcoming events very soon. At this point, this camera feels like a lemon and I lost inspiration to use a camera that must continue to be shipped back and forth.
