As many of you know, Parkville MO got hit with massive hail causing tons of roof damage. Our neighborhood has been having roofs replaced left and right... and roofing nails left all over the place. My brand new tire got a roofing nail in it. I called 10 different repair shops near my house and only one shop could get me in asap to make it to work on time! I brought my car in for brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush. They were straightforward with their estimates and updated me quickly when they had to adjust pricing. My receipt was itemized, which I really appreciate. While I was waiting for my ride I heard them discussing options with other customers to save them money. When I came in to pay they had my receipt and keys ready to go. I just handed them a check, grabbed my keys, and left. No up sell or unnecessary paperwork.
Horrible customer service, I was hung up on and spoken to rudely, highly overpriced tried to charge me $300 for a labor fee !! Would not recommend!
