EDIT: My insurance mysteriously went back down after calling her out. HMMMMMM She’s useless and will give you an attitude too. I called her for help with something with my account, she told me nothing could be done so I called customer service and they gladly changed it for me without any patronising or arguing. All she would’ve had to do was refer me to the customer service line but I guess then what would she do? My State Farm agent and my mother's is located in my hometown in Central Illinois but I needed to get a form printed for my mother when she was visiting Creve Coeur over Labor Day weekend. The home office said that my mother could contact any State Farm location to obtain this form. I contacted Leianna through the State Farm website to see how I could get this form. My parents, me and also my grandparents have had Leianna as their agent for over 25 years! Leianna is great at her job, very professional and has always been there for us and Jill is also a great part of the team. This is a great office!
