Dr. Zhangs name was given to me following an ER visit following a auto accident. I left 4 messages with no return call. After the 5th message an employee called and told me there was an available appt the following day. When I entered the office, 9 or 10 patients were waiting and I was told I had no appointment but to fill out paperwork. I was very concerned about the office procedure so I thanked them and left. I realize they were busy but very unprofessional.
