STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - I went to see Dr. Zhang after a concussion. He was recommended from the ER. He really had nothing to say but to get an MRI. He put me out of work and told me to rest. After over two weeks no one got back to me to inform me if my MRI was approved from my insurance. I had to call them and then I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Dr. Zhangs name was given to me following an ER visit following a auto accident. I left 4 messages with no return call. After the 5th message an employee called and told me there was an available appt the following day. When I entered the office, 9 or 10 patients were waiting and I was told I had no appointment but to fill out paperwork. I was very concerned about the office procedure so I thanked them and left. I realize they were busy but very unprofessional.

Does not listen to information given by patient. Very difficult to understand. Does not discuss results of tests
