I live in Mechanicsville Va. and got my windows installed in 2021 and I loved them. The seal failed in a picture window and so I started the warranty process in July of 2025. The new window shipped to the warehouse in September 2025. I have no idea how to install a picture window so I called Mohamed Mustafa, my original sales rep, and he assured me that his team would pick up the window and come out and install it for me. What are awesome job they did to my roof. It needed a lot of wood changed out since it was the old one by six planks the material the colors. Everything is spectacular with all the different kinds they have and did excellent job. I think I’m very much. Michael Boudreaux
We love our LEI windows and new back door! They have helped lower our electric bill and look so nice!
Replaced our roof several years ago and it’s somehow even worse than it was before. It has leaked continuously since being replaced, causing untold damage to our home, and we’re now looking at other companies having to replace the entire thing again. The work is all subbed out and once they get paid they’re extremely hard to get in touch with. I have nothing but regrets about working with them.
