If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have never fallen for a door to door sales person and somehow got suckered in. They happened to catch us when we had a window recently leak. We also decided to replace patio doors. Their price was appealing and said it was life time warranty. 2 years later we have a piece on the sliding door come off. I have never posted a negative review in my life till now but I purchased a brand new patio door from LEI and the door is literally falling apart. They promise a lifetime warranty! I filed a claim on July 22nd and they still have not addressed my problem-cold airport is now coming in and the temperature last night was 39 degrees! I have sent 5 pictures of the issue and called 3 times. Today someone is supposed to call me back!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! When I bought my windows a few years ago it was an absolute nightmare! After a down payment and financing I was told I'm "out of range" and shouldn't have been sold windows. It took MONTHS to get my purchased windows installed and I had an impossible time getting them to contact me. The installers were unprofessional and made a HUGE mess they left. Recently got our homes windows replaced with LEI. The whole process was so smooth and we never felt pressured. Someone was always reaching out to us with updates on our expected install. Affordable, quick and great customer support. Looking forward to less drafty windows! Overall very pleased with our entire experience.
We had 9 regular size windows and 2 large windows installed 1 year ago. The man that came to show us the windows and give a quote was easy to talk to. No issues with the men who came to install the windows. Our old windows were old and drafty, the new ones help keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature.
