Was contacted by Rep, said both myself and spouse had to be there it’s their policy. Told rep that’s not possible with spouses work hours, he insisted so I told him that it was me or not at all and hung up. A return call 5 minutes later and rep says he will come out at scheduled time the next morning. Next day nobody shows up and no phone call either. After sending message through messenger to contact her and rep now start calling and texting to try to apologize, poor service and very non professional
This is the best company ever to work with from sales to install to follow-up. We have had 3 other companies out over the past 10 years to talk about windows and they were very pushy and one extremely offensive. LEI made us feel like family from the first contact. The install teams are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and work directly for the manufacturer so no subcontracting installers with this company!!! LEI is fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. I'm totally happy with their services. They're a small, family owned business so genuinely care about their customers & don't take advantage of women/first time homeowners like other companies I've dealt with. Solid people who do great work. I recommend them to anyone!
Outstanding service throughout the install. Installers well knowledgeable in window install. Made big difference in energy bills. I would use them again
