Bought high quality windows from them in 2022. Very happy with them. We had to have one readjusted about a year later and they were very helpful. Today, they must have gone out of business or something becuase I try contacting them and get absolutely no response.
After buying our windows for our home 8 years ago from LEI. I called them back to get a quote for a new back door install on December 20, 2024 and the sales person never showed up Called them to reschedule and tonight 1/7/2025 at 6:00pm a salesperson was supposed to come and go over a new door install but you guessed it, no show again. I’ll be looking elsewhere to get a new door and regret getting our windows from them based on their poor customer service and lack of responsibility. I had windows installed less than two years ago and one of them has a crack. The windows have a lifetime warranty but when I call LEI I'm prompted to leave a message and nobody calls back. I've called multiple numbers, multiple times and I get no call back, this has been going on for months. So, all in all, I would say don't buy your windows from LEI!
Two years after installing the windows we got new floors within 6 months the floors were so sun bleached! We called to report the windows weren’t working as we got the film to protect from sun (forget the name) they sent someone to verify it was legit claim and they have gone MIA on us. I have called multiple times and no call back. I just tried number off online which says “this number is not in service dial 611 for customer assistance” when I hit 6 it disconnects!
I will never do business with this company ever!!! I worked for them a few years ago and they had the nerve to steal my paycheck from me. I even confronted one of the managers about it and he lied straight to my face. I’m not worried about it because Karma is surely coming for them. When you do bad business and rip people off it always comes back around full circle!
