Had windows installed. Installation went smoothly but we are NOT pleased with the windows. I can literally hear my wind chime like it’s in my living room. I’ve had them out and they said they don’t know why so to “FIX” the issue he raised up the window and made it worse. Do NOT buy these windows. Our house stays ice cold because the windows leak air.
Had a good experience with this company, they had the windows made and installed in very good time. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and respectful. Would definitely use this company again if I have a future project.
This is the second time we've used LEI windows. They did such a great job on our last house that we decided to use them this time around. The window style has changed just a little which shows more frame than use to, but it's not something we won't adjust to. I like more glass like the old style had. I will say that they didn't clean the windows this time like they did last time, but maybe that's because it was a two-story house. This time, there was a lot of caulk or putty on the windows. This company is amazing, the salesman was very cool and explained everything. The windows themselves are extremely good quality and the installation was also very good. Overall the experience was 100% satisfied.
